Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At Gift a Trip Now, we offer experience-based travel gift cards designed to create memorable moments. Due to the nature of our services, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Return Policy

All products sold on Gift a Trip Now are experience-based digital or physical gift cards.

  • Once a gift card is purchased, it cannot be returned
  • Gift cards are non-exchangeable for cash or other products

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases made on Gift a Trip Now are non-refundable

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind, Non-usage of the gift card
  • Failure to redeem within the validity period
  • Personal reasons of the gift giver or recipient

3. Validity & Expiry

  • Each gift card comes with a clearly mentioned validity period
  • The recipient must contact Gift a Trip Now within the validity period to redeem the experience
  • Gift cards that expire without redemption cannot be extended, refunded, or reused

4. Booking & Cancellation After Redemption

Once a gift card is redeemed and a booking is confirmed:

  • Cancellations may not be permitted
  • Refunds will not be provided     

Date changes may be allowed once, subject to:

  • Availability
  • Hotel / partner policies
  • Possible additional charges

5. Service Unavailability

In rare cases where the originally planned experience cannot be delivered due to:

  • Non-availability
  • Operational constraints
  • Force majeure events

Gift a Trip Now may, at its discretion:

  • Offer an alternative experience of similar value, or 
  •  Allow rescheduling within a mutually agreed timeframe

No cash refunds will be issued in such cases.


6. Third-Party Services

Gift a Trip Now coordinates with third-party service providers such as hotels, resorts, transport partners, and experience vendors.

  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or service issues caused by third parties
  •  Any additional costs arising due to third-party policies must be borne by the customer or recipient

7. Misuse & Fraud

  • Any gift card found to be misused, duplicated, resold, or tampered with will be immediately cancelled
  • No refund or replacement will be provided in such cases
